BizFlow Plus enables straight through processing by integrating system components throughout the entire process lifecycle of initiation, review, validation, and updates.

Straight Through Processing to Automate Entire Lifecycle

The goal of BPM is to automate as many activities as possible in a process. Activties can include passing data between systems to trigger events, update forms, validate inputs, change records, include documents, and execute payments.

Most cutsomers using BizFlow for process automation integrate BizFlow with least one other system to faciliate straight through processing of daily work and tasks.

BizFlow supports system integration through various activities, including:

  • Agents - Calls any custom module defined in other technologies such as call Java and .NET
  • SQL - Allows easy selects and inserts; calls stored procedures to collect process data and interact with external database source
  • Queues - Enables messaging for legacy system integration
  • Component Web Services - Consume WSDL 1.1 and 2.0, SOAP 1.1 and 1.2, WS-Security, WS-SecurityPolicy, SAML, WS-Trust, XML Signature/Encryption, WS-Addressing, WS-ReliableMessaging 
  • APIs (e.g., SharePoint API) - Allows application to communicate with SharePoint creating sites and folders, uploading documents
  • Event Response Adapter (ERA) - Interfaces with SharePoint, FTP, HTTP Post, Email (POP3, IMAPI), and Database Events (used by most customers)

BizFlow has been integrated with systems such as:

  • ERP (System of Record) - SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Infor, Microsoft Dynamics, oPen, Classic, Banner
  • EDMS - SharePoint, LiveLink, VisualVaut, LifeRay, Invu, DotNetNuke, OpenSystems
