Job Summary:
BizFlow is seeking a Senior Business Development Professional for Federal Government expansion. The position is based in our Falls Church, VA headquarters office and is a high visibility position reporting directly to the CEO. This professional will have a broad experience in business development, specifically with an emphasis on professional services opportunities within the Federal Government. The experience should include capture management, market analysis, direct customer interface, and proposal development.
The Senior Business Development Professional primarily pursues IT service opportunities in Business Process Management, Change Management and Business Transformation to improve efficiency and effectiveness of a process and/or organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Identify and qualify opportunities
• Plan and manage the capture project
• Determine the potential customer needs to fulfill the requirements of the opportunity
• Conduct a competitive analysis, develop win strategy, and prepare for the proposal development
• Increase sales by building new business opportunities

2. Interface Developer (Mid-Level)
Job Summary:
BizFlow Corporation is seeking a Mid-Level Interface Developer, to join a growing team of Business Process Management professionals and become a Trusted Advisor to our customers. The Interface Developer is responsible for developing data interfaces, and closely adhering to deadlines and reporting directly to the Project Manager. The Interface Developer will also take responsibility for creating design specifications and preparing technical documentation. The Interface Developer will ensure relationships with customers and cross-team members are professional and meet expectations. Minimum 4 years of professional software development experience using Enterprise Java technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze, design, develop, test, and implement data interfaces for web-based applications and database driven services.
• Analyze client requirements and formulate the design/approach.

Qualifications and Experience:

3. Sr. Full Stack Java Developer
Job Summary:
BizFlow Corporation is seeking an exceptional customer focused and results driven Sr. Full Stack Java Developer, to join a growing team of Business Process Management professionals and become a Trusted Advisor to our customers. Candidates should have proven experience as a trusted advisor in delivering organizational improvements using Business Process Management (BPM), Business Architecture, and Strategic Planning solutions. Candidates should have experience in the Commercial and/or Federal Government market area.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Program Manager should anticipate the following responsibilities:
• Identify and qualify an opportunities
• Plan and Manage the capture project
• Determine the potential customer needs to fulfill the requirements of the opportunity

• Manages the delivery of complex BizFlow Business Process Management (BPM)-based software solutions through the full development life cycle.

• Plans, monitors, and controls multiple concurrent software development projects with a focus on schedule, scope, budgets, resources, and key customer stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications:.
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) with preference in computer science or related field.
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and/ or demonstrated requisite experience
• Demonstrated excellence in the delivery of IT project lifecycle and application of industry-standard project management methodologies in the area of software engineering and integration projects.
• At least 5 years project management experience within computer software industry with emphasis on BPM/re-engineering with at least 8 years in a professional environment delivering software to market.
• Experience in the Commercial and/or Federal Government marketplace.
• Demonstrated leadership attributes (strategic planning, project planning, organizational management, etc.).
• Experience in capture and proposal development.
• Strong knowledge of industry standard software development lifecycle.
