Michael Del Castillo serves as the Vice President of Growth and Solution Architecture at BizFlow Corporation. Michael leads the full lifecycle of business development, capture, and growth efforts across both Commercial and Federal markets. In addition to growth, Michael manages all solution innovation, pre-sales activities and solutioning for global customers.

Mr. Del Castillo has contributed over two decades to the IT industry spanning roles in sales, strategy, business development and delivery across both the Federal and Commercial Markets. He is skilled in Enterprise Architecture, IT Strategy, Service Delivery, and Pre-sales Consulting. He brings to BizFlow a diverse set of experiences having worked across multiple startups, small businesses, and high growth tech companies. Michael grew up in Southern California and relocated to the DC after graduating from California State Polytechnic University in Computer Engineering and Business Administration.
